SYMPTOMS

ERROR OGG-02077 Extract encountered a read error in the asyncronous reader thread and is abending: Error code 1341, error message: ORA-01341: LogMiner out-of-memory.

The problem is often encountered after the database was upgraded to 11.2.0.3.

SOLUTION

oracle avg，No workarounds available

Increasing the max_sga_size to a high value will delay the time of getting hit with the issue but won‘t totally fix it.

oracle行转列。The database bug fix is included in the 11.2.0.4 database patch set.

Please reach RDBMS team in case if you want to get a one off for 11.2.0.3 db version.
